The All Nigerian Conference of Evangelical Drama Ministers (ANCEDRAM) Cross River State Chapter held her 1st ever State Conference Camp at Robert Institute for Missions and Development (RIMAD), Satellite Town Calabar, Cross River State. The said camp started from 6th August through 9th August, 2015 with so many exciting spiritual and educative programmes.
The conference was circled around the theme: The return of the Drama Minister. Resource speakers who spoke on different topics on this theme geared toward the return of the drama minister by going back to their duty post. Some of the resource speakers were Arch Bishop Tunde Adeleye (Anglican Communion, Calabar Diocese), Akumaye Ugah (Senior Pastor, Honey Stream Christian Centre), Prof. Mrs. Imoh Emenyi (ANCEDRAM National Vice President, Eastern Region), Rev. I. I. James (Qua Iboe Church, Calabar), Evang. Eddy Orok (ANCEDRAM former Chairman, Cross River State), Evang. Marcellous Ati (ANCEDRAM Chairman, Cross River State) and others
During the conference, different drama groups registered under ANCEDRAM featured in different ministration like drama, songs, media, talk show etc and were also ministered to. The Theatres that participated in this conference are listed below;
Watchman Theatre, Rhema Theatre, Theartre 4 Ministries, Word Theatre, De Thrillers Theatre, Vision Theatre, Trinity Theatre, Royal Priesthood, Royal Saints, Passion for souls, Unical Chapel of Redemption Drama Ministry, Destiny Revealers, Nigeria Christian Coppers Fellowship Drama wing, Calabar ANCEDRAM Ikom, ANCEDRAM Biase and ANCEDRAM Obubra.
ANCEDRAM is an umbrella body of all Christian Drama Theaters in Nigeria. ANCEDRAM Cross River State has been in existence for over 14 years. The Chairman, ANCEDRAM CRS Chapter, Evang Marcellous Ati stated his gratitude to God almighty for life and the vision, as God had made it possible for the maiden edition of the state conference to come to an end. he also appreciated and sent his gratitude to all the resource speakers who came and impacted in the participants. He said he wouldn't forget to appreciate his state excos who also saw the vision and ran with it. Finally, his gratitude went to the directors of the participating theatres and their members who participated.
